Just live.

John London, an American writer, once said, 'The function of a man is to live, not to exist.' This quote has been repeating in my mind lately, and though it may seem confusing at first, it holds a deep truth. It simply means that we, humans, need to do more than simply surviving, we need a sense of purpose and a feeling of connection to the world around us. Life isn't meant to be perfect; there will be days when you feel down, like the world could collapse, and other days when life feels a little bit more beautiful. In the end, it's all how you decide to perceive things, people, or situations around you, because everything in life is about perspective. You see, we often forget that we are the masters of our own lives. We’re the creators of our inner peace and happiness or the destroyers, depending on how we choose to see things. I used to think this whole 'take control of your happiness' thing was a load of nonsense. But over time, I realized that change is in our hands. It’s easy to blame external circumstances, but true change begins within.

Who will want to be unhappy when we can be enjoying life? We tend to blame everything around us, I guess because it's easier than wanting to change. With time, I realized that it was something that we have the control to change, only if we desire it deep down. It takes patience and dedication to make a change in yourself and your life.

The present is a gift because tomorrow is not promised.

That’s why living fully in the present is so crucial. We don’t have to worry about the past, and we certainly can’t control what is going to happen. But today is here, waiting for us to make the most of it. The past is gone, the future is still far away, but the present is waiting for you to enjoy it. Focus on the now, on the actions you can take today to improve your life, no matter how small."

The concept of ‘Just live' is an idea that we think would change your daily thoughts on life and on yourself, to start taking actions that make you feel good and make your life better.

It’s obviously not always easy to be in the present moment, which is why we thought that having a reminder close to you would be the best way to improve your everyday habits and to remind you to ‘just live’ fully in every instant. Of course, this doesn’t mean forgetting about your responsibilities; it's about enjoying your days and making the most of them, balancing your happiness and peace with your work, school, family, and friends… because tomorrow isn’t promised. Be thankful every day when you wake up. Not everyone in the world gets the chance. Remember, it's not about being perfect—it's about making the most of it now.

Practice mindfulness. Meditate. Take a moment each day to simply be. And, above all, be grateful for today. After all, tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.

Again, remember from time to time to  take a deep breath and let go of what you can’t control, and that today is the only moment that truly belongs to you.
